Approach

Here are some of the guidelines we follow:

  • All e-mail is mail-merged. Therefore, each includes a personal salutation.
  • We do not use a bulk-sender to minimize you being tagged as spam. That is, if you have 1,000 prospects, we send 1,000 emails, and not a copy of one email to all 1,000.
  • We do not place headers and footers. This can arrive as broken graphics. See sample on right.
  • We send out all email in simple text.
  • All copy is short — 10 to 20 lines.
  • And finally, we follow all regulations and give your prospects the opportunity to opt-out.
