Pricing

We ask you to think in terms of opportunity costs first. Of course, you have budgets to meet, and we will develop a planned giving marketing campaign that meets it.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Which is better? Two newsletter mailings with a 5% readership rate? Or, four postcard mailings, each with a 90% readership rate? We think the answer is obvious.
  • Which is better? A one or two-time voluminous mailing, or a series of smaller, quick and easy-to-read targeted mailings? According to the Direct Mail Association, frequency beats volume.
  • What would you rather do? Spend time with your vendor editing newsletter and brochure copy, or have us handle your marketing so you can go on with what you do best: cultivate friendships?
  • Would you rather mail to everyone so you don’t "miss anybody?" Or concentrate on a select few and target them more often? (If you don’t know, the latter, unless your budget is unlimited.)
  • Which is more important to you? Saving $2,500 in your current budget? Or setting your goals on securing $100,000 bequests?

We’re simply asking you to shift your paradigm, and begin thinking in terms of opportunities. We’ll then recommend a strategy that will meet your budget based on your constituency, donor loyalty, age and nine other criteria.
